If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase any Items through it.
The Company operates a handcrafted jewelry marketplace and showcase platform where independent artisans ("Artisans") may list handcrafted items for sale. We act solely as a platform facilitating the display and sale of items created by third-party Artisans. We do not manufacture or originate the items listed by Artisans and we do not represent that we are the creator or owner of any item listed on the platform.
Handcrafted jewelry and artisan items available through our website are offered by third-party Artisans for personal use, gifting, or aesthetic enjoyment only. These items are not investment products and are not sold as, nor should they be considered, financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The Company does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the website should be relied upon as an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any item for investment purposes.
Price information for each item is set by the Artisan or seller and displayed on the listing at the time of sale. Title, ownership, and physical transfer of an item occur upon successful payment confirmation and shipment dispatch. We do not control third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or any other logistics-level aspects.
You acknowledge and agree that the market value of handcrafted jewelry and gemstones may fluctuate. The Company makes no representations or warranties concerning past, present, or future value of any item. We expressly disclaim responsibility for any gains, losses, depreciation, or appreciation in value of any item purchased through the platform. You accept full responsibility for any financial or other consequences that may result from acquiring items purchased through this platform.
All handcrafted jewelry purchases through our platform are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or unless the listing explicitly states otherwise. By purchasing an item you accept that the Company will not provide refunds for any reason including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the item, change in market value, shipping delays, or claims against an Artisan.
Artisans are solely responsible for the content and representations of their listings including accuracy of descriptions, material specifications, and lawful rights to sell the items. We do not guarantee, endorse, or verify the authenticity, ownership, provenance, or quality of any item listed by Artisans. If you believe an item listing infringes your rights, please follow our takedown/report procedure or contact us at the address below.
The Company does not act as an agent for resale and does not itself resell items on behalf of clients unless explicitly agreed in a separate, written agreement. We do not hold, custody, or broker items for buyers or sellers as part of routine marketplace operations. Any secondary sales or resale transactions are managed independently between parties; the Company is not responsible for executing or guaranteeing secondary market activity.
You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, import duties, and shipping costs associated with any item purchase. The Company may charge platform fees as disclosed at the time of transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a handcrafted item grants you physical ownership of that item but does not transfer copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in the design or pattern unless explicitly stated in the listing. All rights not expressly granted remain with the Artisan or respective rights holders.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any third-party rights, to engage in money laundering or other financial crimes, to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or purchase of any handcrafted item.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
