Refund Policy

Important Notice: All NFT sales are final. Due to the nature of digital assets and blockchain technology, we do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances described below.
1. All Sales Are Final
By completing a purchase on J-shop, you acknowledge and agree that all sales of NFTs are final and non-refundable. Once an NFT has been transferred to your blockchain wallet, the transaction cannot be reversed. This policy is consistent with the immutable nature of blockchain technology and the digital goods industry standard.
2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Considered
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a payment was processed successfully but the NFT was not transferred to your wallet due to a technical error on our part, we will investigate and either complete the transfer or issue a refund.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
- Fraudulent Transactions: If you believe your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
- Misrepresentation: If an NFT listing contained materially false information that was within our control and directly caused your purchase decision, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. What Is Not Eligible for Refund
The following situations are expressly excluded from refund eligibility:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase.
- Decline in the market value of an NFT after purchase.
- Purchases made by mistake (e.g., wrong item selected).
- Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic or perceived quality of the NFT artwork.
- Failure to read or understand the product description before purchase.
- Blockchain network fees (gas fees) paid in connection with any transaction.
- Losses arising from user error, including loss of wallet access or private keys.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with the following information:
- Your order number or transaction ID.
- The date and amount of the transaction.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction hashes, etc.).
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the transaction date will not be considered.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Approved refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction. We are not responsible for currency conversion losses or fees charged by your financial institution.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and take appropriate legal action to recover losses and associated fees.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
